At Pardon Your Garden I find a household’s Greens bin, or other general waste bin or waste bag, usually suffices so green waste removal is generally not included in my services.

Identification and treatment of garden pests and diseases is covered by my Garden DOCTOR Service. As part of Garden DOCTOR I use my practical experience and theoretical knowledge to identify, isolate and eradicate the hidden things that harm your garden.
However, this is only possible if you act early- wait too long and you risk losing all of your plants. So if you have any concerns about the condition of your plants or just want a general check-up to make sure your garden is healthy, get in touch today.

Pardon Your Garden provides no lawn services.
Pardon Your Garden does not do reticulation work.
This is completely up to you. Pardon Your Garden can provide your gardening service whether you are home or not, providing I have access to:
I greatly appreciate it if I can be provided with access to bathroom facilities, particularly for full-day garden maintenance services.
Pardon Your Garden accepts card or cash payment at the time of your gardening service. I can accept payment either at the start or finish of the service and will provide you with an instant electronic receipt.
If selecting to make a cash payment, please note that I don’t carry change with me.
For repeat customers, online payment and bank transfer is also accepted.

Pardon Your Garden doesn’t have a set hourly rate, as I quote based on the individual circumstances of the garden space and requirements.
Pardon Your Garden understands that a garden’s nature and needs are constantly changing, so I’m happy to change with it.

To make sure your garden and outdoor space gets the detailed attention and care that it deserves, Pardon Your Garden sends one individual worker to complete your garden service. This approach allows me to truly immerse myself in your garden and therefore better understand the unique needs of your outdoor space. Applying this focussed attention helps to ensure that you get the best possible outcome for your garden.
This involves removing flowers from plants when they are fading or dead. This is important because it keeps plants looking attractive and encourages more blooms.
